1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged.

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer error are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund amounts will include the product cost and any taxes, but shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will ship the replacement product after confirming the return of the original item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Do not return items to the original shipping address.

  • To obtain the correct return address, please contact us via email at ping@torqest.com before sending any items.

  • For defective or incorrect products, we cover return shipping costs.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the receipt for your records.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back following the instructions provided.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Items missing parts or not in their original condition

  • Special order or customized items unless defective

7. Processing Time

  • Returns and refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Total resolution time, including shipping, may vary depending on your location.
